Question by zoa_zoahinx: What is the difference between single port forward and port range forwarding?

I'm trying to forward ports in my linksys router settings so that the NAT for my Xbox 360 will be Open.

In the port forwarding menu on my router, there are a few different tabs, 2 of which say Single Port Forwarding, and Port Range Forwarding.

The menu in each tab looks very similar, and I know what to enter and where, but I'm not sure whether I should be entering the port numbers and such in Single Port Forwarding or Port Range Forwarding.

Do you know the difference between a single number, and a range of numbers? Yes? Then you know the difference here also.
