Question by Brittany: What would an aquatic world be like if we were mermaids and mermen?

I have to create an imginary world. It is all water, no land and we have fish,mermaids, mermen and plants. What would the weather and astronomy be like in my world?

We would not have fire or tools. The surface would have a lot of hurricanes without land to break them up. Astronomy would be very rudimentary, since there would be no telescopes, and we would have to keep diving to keep our eyes moist.
