Question by ShrinkyDink: How many pregnancy tests did you take before your 1st appointment?

33f, not quite 5 weeks pregnant and have this overwhelming fear of miscarriage, even though this is my first pregnancy. My first appointment is not for another month. I have an urge to constantly take pregnancy tests to make sure the baby is still there. Does everyone feel this way, or do I seriously have issues?

Please don't say anything mean to stress me out. I really want this baby.
